Level 1/2 Engineer
Location: Client's campus – Pretoria
Duration: 12 months contract – possibility of extension
Purpose:

• The L1 or L2 Engineer will provide comprehensive operational support and maintenance for our Clients LAN, WAN, Security and UC environment.

• Enterprise and Public Sector experience is key

• Attendance Console
• Phones and Headsets
• LAN Switches (Core, Service, Access, and Optics)

• DNA Centre
• Telephony Management System (TMS)

Pre-requisite skills:

• Strong understanding of routing protocol operation, including both interior and exterior routing protocol operation
• Implementation of Enterprise LAN networks
