We are seeking a proactive Legal Senior Executive for Vibula - a Vietnam-based social commerce and live commerce company — and the first M&A of AnyMind Group in Vietnam. This role's responsibility is to ensure robust compliance and operational excellence across all company entities. This role focuses on meticulous contract review, managing statutory submissions and licensing, providing high-level legal consultation to internal teams, and overseeing essential document storage and litigation matters.
What You Will Do
Reviewing the contracts, both soft files & hard files.

Reviewing the templates and ensuring PICs properly comply with the workflow procedure.

Preparing the licensing paperwork for all Entities and ensuring timely and consistent submission.

Preparing the Company reports, Resolution Minutes to submit to the **Gov** for all the Company activities.
