Key Responsibilities
Providing administrative and secretarial support to solicitors and legal staff
Preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports
Managing diaries, appointments, and meeting arrangements
Handling client enquiries professionally and confidentially
Maintaining and updating case files and records
Audio typing and general document production
Assisting with billing, filing, and other office duties as required
Requirements
Previous secretarial or administrative experience (legal experience preferred but not essential)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
