Key Responsibilities:
- Translate leadership priorities into actionable processes, systems, and workflows.
- Implement and manage mission-critical legal tools, such as contract management, e-billing, and legal hold systems.
- Drive strategic and operational initiatives through process improvement.
- Collaborate with the Legal Network and key stakeholders to enhance the internal client experience.
- Serve as Co-System Administrator for legal technology platforms and workflows.
- Develop templates, intake processes, and system configurations.
- Create and deliver training on legal systems, policies, and technologies, and mentor junior team members.
- Lead and support projects to ensure successful process improvement outcomes.
- Perform data entry, analyze data, and generate actionable insights from legal systems.
- Build reporting frameworks and dashboards, and stay up to date with industry trends.
