Requirements

• Academic Excellence: A Bachelor’s Degree from an academically rigorous program with demonstrated high performance that translates to strong writing, public speaking, project management, and problem solving skills
• A Figure It Out Mindset: A proven track record of resourcefulness and problem solving. You identify and solve problems without being asked. You do not identify problems without a proposed solution in hand. Preference for those with formal project management experience and training (e.g. scrum master, PMP)
• AI & Tech‑Savvy: You have experience using technology to drive efficiency and productivity, including legal tech (e.g. shareworks, docusign, Concord, ZIP, GCAI, Vanta, One Trust (or similar privacy tech)) and enterprise or commercial tech (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Asana, Salesforce, Google Suite, Microsoft Suite, Claude AI, Gemini, and Chat GPT)
