Legal Operations Analyst

A Private Equity Firm headquartered in Manhattan Beach, California is seeking a Legal Operations Analyst to join their growing legal operations team. The ideal Legal Operations Analyst will provide operational and technology support across the full range of firm’s deal execution, portfolio company governance and equity management, and fund administration activities. This role will require direct communication with company deal teams, portfolio company executives, outside counsel, and other third parties across the full investment lifecycle – gaining exposure to the firm’s investment thesis while preparing the documents that helps close deals and manage the equity and governance that supports management teams through exit.

This position will also help to build and refine the AI-powered tools and workflows that make this all possible – we are actively investing in legal technology and want someone who is curious about what comes next.
