Qualifications

• Must have Juris Doctor / Bachelors of Law (LLB) degree or any equivalent
• Law students who have completed their third-year curriculum are also welcome to apply

• If necessary, willing to visit other company branches (accommodation and travel expenses will be paid by the company)

Work Experience

• 13 years working as a Legal Officer/Legal Assistant, preferably in a Law Firm
• Must have experience in litigation and contracts management
• Experience in managing small claims cases and barangay conciliation/mediation is a plus

LITIGATION

• Assist external counsel in handling litigation cases
• Collaborate with external legal counsel and represent the business in administrative, labor and litigation proceedings and provide necessary internal legal support
