Overview Are you a litigation lawyer with experience conducting trials and other hearings in the civil courts and tribunals of British Columbia? As a Legal Officer III, you'll conduct litigation on behalf of WorkSafeBC, including drafting pleadings and other documents, and preparing for and appearing in civil courts and tribunals on behalf of WorkSafeBC.
