This position collaborates closely with key stakeholders in Thailand to provide comprehensive legal advice and working in tandem with the regional team to ensures legal alignment across all facets of the business. This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including but not limited to commercial contracts, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert legal counsel and guidance to support the Thai business operations.
- Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial contracts, including lease agreements, supplier contracts, distribution agreements, service agreements, and marketing agreements.
