About the Role

You'll work directly with leadership to help build the legal and compliance foundations that will support Convergent's growth. You Will
- Work closely with the founding team to support legal research, contract review, and compliance initiatives.
- Conduct research on AI regulations, data privacy laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.), intellectual property, and employment law as they relate to a global AI product.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and organizing contracts, NDAs, terms of service, and vendor agreements.
