Legal Intern (Start ASAP)

Legal Intern role in Kuala Lumpur supporting legal operations in Asia and Middle East for a global energy technology company.

Your Role

Here’s what you will be doing:

• Assist the Kuala Lumpur Legal Support Center (LSC) under Team Manager supervision with legal assistance and advice for SLB’s Asia and Middle East markets.
• Support contract review, drafting, negotiation, and management for customer and supplier contracts, including approvals and record keeping.
• Manage corporate entity documents such as board resolutions, meeting minutes, powers of attorney, and director/officer appointments.
• Provide general legal support including ethics and compliance program implementation, legal knowledge management, and dispute/litigation support.
• Participate in Legal Department training and development initiatives and use legal systems and tools.
