Legal Executive

This is a newly created role with a manufacturing firm that has an extensive regional presence. Reporting to and supporting the Legal Director, you will gain broad exposure across general corporate matters, compliance, intellectual property, and corporate governance. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a legal professional seeking a varied in-house role within a dynamic business environment.

• You will play an active role in reviewing and managing a range of contract templates, including non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, and other commercial contracts, escalating matters to the Legal Director where necessary.
• As part of ensuring a robust contract management framework, you will support the administration of the contract lifecycle and help maintain efficient legal processes and systems.
