This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with healthcare-related laws, managing contractual and legal risks, and providing timely legal advice to facilitate safe and compliant business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate contractual documents to ensure acceptable risk levels and compliance with internal approval processes.
• Ensure adherence to the Ministry of Health , PDPA , and other healthcare-related regulations.
• Provide accurate and timely legal advice to internal departments.
• Manage litigation and dispute resolution in collaboration with external legal counsel.
• Develop and update internal legal and compliance policies.
