Legal Executive

หน้าที่ ความรับผิดชอบ:

- Draft, review, negotiate commercial, service, licensing, NDA, and MOU contracts and agreements both in Thai and English.

-Manage the full contract lifecycle, including template development, version control, and renewal tracking.

- Providing legal advice, including providing strategic legal advice to management and project leaders to enable safe and efficient business expansion, and addressing legal issues in other departments

- Research laws and regulations and prepare legal advice

- Coordinate with external authorities (DBD) for company registrations and compliance updates.

- Monitor regulatory updates and assess business impact, providing timely compliance guidance and recommendations to management and the relevant department.

- Support legal basis for PDPA implementation

- Other related job
