Legal Entity Governance, AVP

Responsibilities

• Support the development and maintenance of governance frameworks, policies and procedures governing the oversight of the SEA legal entities, including Operational Resiliency and Outsourcing related frameworks.
• Coordinate across appropriate business units and monitor the adherence to applicable policies and procedures to support regulatory requirements.
• Provide proactive tracking of legal entity risks, including remediations of findings and self-identified issues, operational incidents.
• Support the execution of legal entity governance team owned controls to ensure timeliness and compliance.
• Act as a liaison with business stakeholders, 2LOD and Audit partners.
• Support the preparation of governance related reporting and materials that enable effective discussion, challenge, and decision‑making.
