Legal Counsel

West Fraser is seeking a Legal Counsel to join our Vancouver Corporate Office. Working closely with the Vice-President, General Counsel and Assistant General Counsel, the Legal Counsel will support West Fraser’s mill operations and corporate functions on a broad range of legal matters. This role partners across departments and operational teams, serving as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will bring strong business judgment and a strategic approach, providing proactive, practical legal advice that supports West Fraser’s business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity for a lawyer looking to transition into, or continue growing, an in-house legal career.
