Scope of Work:
The Attorney will provide legal counsel to the acquired businesses in the areas of corporate governance, commercial contracting, regulatory compliance, and general corporate matters.
Deliverables and Services:
Drafts, reviews, negotiates, and advises on internal governance documents, corporate resolutions, and other legal documents related to day-to-day operations and commercial transactions.Develops and maintains legal templates, playbooks, and best practices to support acquisition workflowsProvides legal oversight on integration activities, including commercial terms and operational harmonizationNegotiates with existing, new and renewing customers.Has a deep understanding of the technology space and is able to close deals with limited supervision.Drafts and reviews legal correspondence, memoranda, and opinions as needed Advises and coll...
