Legal Counsel - Technology Procurement

Position

Temporary, full-time, in-house position in Geneva (Plan-les-Ouates). Starts as soon as possible and ends in February 2027.

Your Role

• Manage, negotiate, draft and oversee a variety of commercial and technology agreements, including agreements related to cloud service providers and data/services hosted by third parties, IT outsourcing and procurement, software licensing, software development, licensing agreements, information management, and data analytics.
• Serve as secondary legal advisor on certain aspects of IP sourcing agreements.
• Identify legal risks and design strategies and plans to mitigate and prevent legal risks consistent with ST’s risk tolerance.
• Review agreements and documents and continuously seek ways to improve forms, processes, or systems involved, and advise on routine policy/procedural improvements.
