Legal Counsel

About the Role We are looking for a skilled and business-oriented Legal Counsel at TAC Security. The role involves advising on corporate, commercial, regulatory, and cybersecurity-related legal matters while enabling business growth in a fast-paced tech environment. Key Responsibilities Contract Management: Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements including NDAs, vendor contracts, client agreements, SaaS contracts, and partnership agreements. Regulatory & Compliance: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection, cybersecurity, and IT laws (e.g., Labour Laws, Indian IT Act). Legal Advisory: Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on business operations, risk mitigation, and strategic initiatives. Corporate Governance: Support corporate legal matters including board documentation, statutory filings, and corporate structuring.
