Job Description

We are recruiting for an Asia Pacific Real Estate Fund and with exponential growth expected in their key business, they are now seeking an in-house legal counsel. 
Reporting to the COO, you will serve as a strategic advisor focusing on transaction execution, legal risk management, and ongoing asset management. This in-house role involves structuring investments, negotiating complex deals, and ensuring regulatory compliance across jurisdictions. 

Key Responsibilities
Investment Transaction Execution: Lead and independently execute real estate acquisitions, disposals, joint ventures (JVs), and platform investments from term sheet through to closing.

Legal Structuring & Due Diligence: Advise on transaction structures and conduct legal due diligence.

Negotiation: Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, financing documents, and management contracts.
