**Key Responsibilities**

+ Provide pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice to the local sales organization across commercial, regulatory and compliance matters
+ Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements (e.g. distribution, service, capital equipment, pricing and tender contracts)
+ Ensure alignment with applicable healthcare compliance standards, including anti-corruption laws, competition law and industry codes (e.g. MedTech Europe Code of Ethical Business Practice – MTE Code)
