Job Description

Datalex is seeking an exceptional, highly motivated and experienced commercial lawyer to join our legal team as Legal Counsel. Reporting to the Group General Counsel at our HQ in Dublin, this is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and fast‑paced environment where you will handle a diverse range of legal matters on behalf of the Datalex Group. The role involves negotiating key agreements, managing IP, regulatory and litigation matters, and working closely with our sales, security, engineering and finance functions on legal risks and strategies.
Responsibilities of the role:
Leading discussions and providing expert advice to in‑house teams on legal matters in software delivery and e‑commerce, including data protection and privacy.
