We are seeking a Legal Counsel, M&A to join our European team, based in London. This individual will be a core member of Regents deal team and will serve as the primary legal lead for M&A activity across Europe. The role will focus on managing and executing acquisitions, coordinating due diligence and transaction documentation, and supporting integration efforts. This position will report into Regents Managing Partner, Europe while working closely with Regents investment professionals and portfolio leadership.
