This will be a hybrid role with in-office expectations. About The Role Databricks is seeking a qualified Attorney to join the growing commercial legal team. You will be the first attorney hired to provide direct legal support to our growing commercial business in the Latin America (LatAM) region. Reporting to the Director, Assistant General Counsel, you will negotiate Master Cloud Services Agreements (MCSA), DPAs, NDAs, SOWs, and other contract terms relevant to our business (e.g., AI Terms). You have a minimum of 4 years of relevant commercial legal transactional experience with direct experience operating in the LatAM region.
