Legal Counsel

Country/Regional Lawyer designs strategies and solutions to facilitate the achievement of local/regional business objectives (cross activities) in compliance with applicable laws and provides legal support and counselling in specific local/regional business areas.

**Key responsibilities include:**

+ Draft and review complex agreements/ work on local and MCO projects
+ Research and advice to stakeholders on legislation in the area of medicines, finance, competition, trade and debt collection, manufacturing, corporate, digital, promotion & advertising
+ Support business projects in terms of legal compliance and provide appropriated solutions with TRT approach
+ Support litigations in coordination with external lawyers (Turkey and MCO)
+ Proceed and Support Corporate Law procedures for MCO countries
+ Follow up sectoral legislation periodically and proceed the necessary internal update with coordination of Head of Legal.
