We are seeking a Legal Counsel to support our operations across Canada, with a focus on common law matters. You will provide practical legal advice on corporate, commercial, contractual, litigation, and governance matters, while working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive, business‑minded lawyer who thrives in a fast‑paced engineering and professional services environment.

• Provide legal support across a broad range of matters affecting the firm’s operations, including commercial law, corporate law, litigation, mergers and acquisitions, and common law research.
• Prepare corporate governance and transactional documentation in English, including shareholder and director resolutions, notices, agendas, and materials for Board of Directors and committee meetings.
