Job Description
As a Legal Counsel, you provide end-to- end legal support for both digital and physical store expansion and portfolio of H&M Group brands in Korea. Be a reliable business partner by providing legal and regulatory guidance, including but not limited to labor law, employment matters, health and safety, and data privacy, ensuring that it is in line with local laws and company guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, draft and negotiate lease/tenancy agreements for H&M Group stores including legal documents related to construction and facilities from a pro-business perspective with minimal risk exposure to H&M.
Proactively advise on legal issues/disputes related to expansion and/or consolidation and draft responses and letters in relation to contentious matters.
Provide support on marketplace and partnership opportunities for online/digital projects.
