Legal Counsel (Fully bilingual English/Spanish)

Our client are world leaders who specialise in the production of fresh food products for domestic supermarket chains. They are looking for an experienced corporate/commercial lawyer to join the team in Madrid in a hybrid working role. 

This is an excellent opportunity to join one of the world’s pioneers in the agribusiness sector who are committed to ensuring that the future of food production is sustainable and ecologically viable for the changing needs of consumers globally. You will be working in a small, collegiate legal team with offices across Europe.

As legal counsel, you will be expected to manage commercial matters including contracts such as MSAs, licensing, framework and distribution arrangements as well as customer/supplier agreements.
