Legal Counsel

1. JOB PURPOSE:

The job holder is responsible for providing sound legal counsel to the company on all legal matters to ensure protection against legal exposure and liability and providing sound legal risk assessment which will facilitate management decision making.

DESCRIPTION

Legal Counsel:

Provide legal advice, guidance and support to all business departments of the Company on a wide range of matters to protect the Company's interest by compliance with all contractual obligations, applicable statutes, rules and regulations and minimise liability, while highlighting the risk.

Demonstrate strong commercial/business acumen with the ability to deliver creative and pragmatic solutions and advice.
