Position Summary:

The Counsel position provides transactional, regulatory, and other corporate legal services in support of corporate functions and business initiatives at Blue Cross Blue Shield Massachusetts.


Key Accountabilities:

+ Supports the BCBSMA business areas, including Enterprise Technology (ET), by drafting and negotiating a wide variety of complex vendor arrangements, such as IT infrastructure agreements, license agreements, SaaS agreements, Cloud agreements, consulting agreements, and service agreements.

+ Provides legal support to BCBSMA corporate functions, including investment due diligence, banking agreements, and corporate governance, with opportunity for expanded responsibility over time.

+ Draft and negotiate confidentiality agreements, non-disclosure agreements, data use agreements.
