Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel, Madrid, 5-8 yrs' experience (private practice experience essential)

I am looking for a Spanish-qualified Legal Counsel (5–8 PQE) to join a small, but high-performing legal team (based across UK and Spain).

This is a broad commercial role with a strong advisory focus, including:

• Supplier & customer agreements
• MSAs, licensing, distribution & framework arrangements
• General commercial governance and support
• Exposure to corporate and cross-functional legal work as needed.

What the team is looking for:

• Previous experience at a leading law firm
• Bilingual Spanish–English (professional fluency in both)
• Strong commercial contracts background
• Experience with English law matters or UK-facing work (secondments or cross-border exposure highly desirable)
• Pragmatic, business-minded legal approach.
