Legal Counsel

We are seeking a pragmatic, business‑oriented In‑House Legal Counsel to support the continued growth and increasing complexity of our hospitality and wellness platform. The role will serve as a strategic legal partner to Finance, Operations, Development, and Executive Management, while providing legal support to Human Resources as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial & Corporate Law

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements including management, vendor, licensing, partnership, branding, and technology contracts.
• Support corporate governance matters, subsidiary structuring, intercompany agreements, mergers, acquisitions, and integrations.
• Support leases, amendments, ground leases, development agreements and construction‑related contracts.
• Coordinate legal aspects of real estate transactions and financing structures with external counsel.
