Legal Counsel - Banking and Services

Overview The Counsel III is an intermediate level position responsible for providing legal guidance and thought leadership to the Businesses of DCC (Custody and Representation for Non Resident Investors), Issuer services (escrow, collateral, bookkeeping, account agency) and Private Banking. The overall objective of this role is to provide legal support, advice, and guidance to the said Businesses. This role requires a pragmatic, proactive attorney with thorough understanding of the Businesses, combined with a solid conceptual / practical grounding in the laws and regulations applicable.
