Overview

The Legal Counsel – Philippines provides legal support to the Company’s in-house legal team, with a focus on local legal matters, vendor and supplier contract review, purchase orders, client NDAs, and employment-related legal support. This role works under the guidance of senior in-house counsel and supports day-to-day legal operations related to Philippine-based and regional activities. This position is a supporting legal role and does not serve as the primary legal authority for the region.
