Legal Counsel Americas EssCo

As Legal Counsel Americas, you will play a key role in supporting EssCo’s operations across North and South America, acting as a trusted business partner to commercial, supply chain, procurement, and functional teams. In this regional role, you will support critical business initiatives in a dynamic environment, including carve‑out stabilization activities, commercial growth, compliance programs, and governance matters across multiple jurisdictions. Working closely with the Head of Legal & Compliance, you will help shape legal processes and drive business success throughout the Americas.
