Legal Consultant - Financial Services (Derivatives/ISDA)

We are currently looking for experienced Legal professionals within financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory to work with our Fortune 500 clients in Singapore!

Minimum Qualifications

• Legal professional with 4-8(+) years PQE with a focus in financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks.
• preferably with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading but not required
• comprehensive experience with ISDA documentation

Responsibilities

• The successful consultant will lead master documentation negotiations (ISDA, etc, ensuring precise and accurate documentation throughout the process).
• They will provide expertise on financial markets, derivatives, and regulatory frameworks, with a specialization in power and carbon emissions trading.
