Legal & Compliance Manager (Tijuana)

Position Summary

The Legal & Compliance Manager will lead and provide legal support to members of Manufacturing Plants located at Rosarito, Baja California, as well as Salinas, Reciente León, Mexico, with respect to Contract Management, Dispute Resolutions, Industrial Export Promotion Programs, Local External Lawyers Management, related with Operations, Sales, International Commerce, as well as Leading and Support Compliance and Legal Training, Litigation and Operational Legal issues throughout Manufacturing Plants located in Mexico, working closely with the Regional Head of Legal & Compliance.

Role & Responsibilities

• LEGAL MANAGEMENT : Contract review, template management, contract negotiation, compliance system maintenance, risk tracking
• LEGAL SUPPORT : Provide legal advice, support key decisions, assist HQ on IP management
