Purpose of Position
The position holder (the “PH”) will

+ contribute to the long-term strategy of Mölnlycke’s joint venture company (the “Company”) in China with Zhende Medical;

+ foster and enable the Company, including its employees, to be and remain compliant with Mölnlycke business ethics as well as with local legal requirements;

+ oversee the development and implementation of the Company’s business ethics compliance program and provide daily support on business ethics issues;
