Legal Billing Specialist

Our client, a successful civil litigation law firm, is seeking an experienced Legal Billing Specialist to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing all aspects of legal billing and invoice processing, ensuring compliance and accuracy across various client platforms.


Location: Boston, MA

Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Salary: $100,000 - $125,000 (depending on experience)


Responsibilities:

+ Prepare, generate, and manage attorney pre-bills for review and submission

+ Maintain and manage attorney time entries and billing data

+ Must be conversant in LEDES (Legal Electronic Data Exchange Standard)

+ Submit invoices and manage billing through client e-billing platforms, including but not limited to: TimeSlips, Tymetrix, Legal Tracker, Legal X, SimpleLegal, TeamConnect, Acuity, and Brightflag.
