Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract review and drafting support
• Legal research
• Contract administration and tracking
• Legal documentation management
• Support SOP and policy development
• Support compliance and regulatory work
• Assist with legal projects and reporting

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law
• Having 2 to 3 years of professional experience (prior experience in a corporate law firm/FMCG/retail/e-commerce would be considered an advantage)
• Strong legal fundamentals
• Strong learning agility and interest
• Good communication skills
• Highly detail-oriented, ensuring precision and accuracy in all tasks
• Proficient in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Willing to Work From the Office (Location: Mega Kuningan, South Jakarta)
