We are looking for a Legal Associate Lawyer specializing in commercial, contract, or corporate law to join our team in Bogotá. This is a 100% on-site position, Monday to Friday. Specialization in public law or government contracting is desirable. Experience as an in-house lawyer in pharmaceutical companies is also considered valid. Ideally, the candidate will have at least 3 years of in-house legal experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and prior experience in reputable law firms.
A minimum English level of B2/C1 is required.
Profile Requirements
Lawyer with experience negotiating and drafting a wide range of commercial and civil contracts, including but not limited to: sponsorship agreements, donation agreements, service agreements with healthcare professionals, patient support programs, 3PL agreements, distribution agreements, and commercial agency contracts.
