Legal Associate

Key Responsibilities
• Work on the most exciting legal issues, proactively assess legal risks and advise on real
estate products.
• Negotiate, draft, and advise on a variety of commercial agreements including agreements
to sell, project promotion agreements, joint venture agreements, MOUs, lease
agreements, expo agreements, consultancy agreements, digital marketing agreements,
corporate resolutions and related documents and deeds.
• Advise on due diligence of real estate projects.
• Manage legal issues that arise in existing commercial relationships, and handle pre-
litigation legal disputes and inquiries.
• Monitor proposed and existing legislation and other changes in the legal environment or
industry practice affecting the organization and advise senior management accordingly
• Evaluate and advise appropriate legal courses of action to meet the needs of the company
and its business.
