Legal Associate Family Office

We are looking for a Legal Associate to support the operations of a Family Office based in Dubai. This role is ideal for a motivated legal professional with around 3 years of experience who is comfortable handling daytoday legal and administrative matters in the UAE and who is interested in building expertise across multiple jurisdictions over time. You will be based fulltime in Dubai and work closely with the Head of Legal on a wide range of local and crossborder topics.

Key responsibilities:

• Support with corporate registrations license renewals and compliance matters in UAE free zones (DIFC DMCC ADGM).
• Prepare and review corporate documents including resolutions agreements and KYC packages.
• Handle immigration related matters such as visa renewals and Emirates ID updates.
• Liaise with local service providers (e.g. telecom utilities landlords) and government authorities.
