Qualifications & Skills LLB from an accredited Ghanaian university; BL qualification. 4–6 years in corporate law (law firm or in-house). Proficient in contract drafting & legal research. Knowledge of Ghana Companies Act, Labour Act, and contract law. Familiarity with regulatory filings (e.g., Registrar General’s Dept). Strong analytical & communication skills. Ability to work under tight deadlines.
