Our client a top 200 Law firm based in Southampton seek a Legal Assistant to join their Personal Injury Team. The Personal Injury Team work on high value, complex claims representing both adults and children.

Core Duties will include:
Administrative duties such as transcribing dictation, digital filing, hard copy filing (limited amounts), drafting letters, such as informing clients of dates and hearings, photocopying and scanning

Prepare and assist with engagement letters

Assist with file opening and billing.

Act as initial filer re enquiries.

Assist with printing, creating documents and sending letters and other administrative tasks
