Job Description

We are looking for a self motivated Legal assistant to ensure smooth running of the office and provide support for our compliance department . You will provide a broad spectrum of services which includes, counselling of international student and compliance with both the university regulations and Australian immigration laws.
Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to our compliance team and enhance office effectiveness

Handle communication with clients, universities. Etc

Prepare student case file case

Conduct investigations into student documentations to conduct their authenticity

Answer and direct phone calls

Maintain contact lists

Monitor application and visa deadlines
Skills
Proven working experience as legal assistant or legal secretary

Familiarity with Australian migration law .
