Legal and Compliance Officer

The Company

Our client is a Singapore Real Estate Investment Trust Company who invests directly and indirectly into properties across the region for varied commercial uses.

The Role

The ideal candidate should be able to manage the legal and regulatory compliance functions, perform compliance reviews, work with internal auditors to oversee compliance with internal polices as well as external teams to manage the legal and regulatory compliance risks and liaising with external legal team.

Your Profile

We look forward to meeting individuals with strong compliance experience in S-REITS, familiar with the Securities and Futures Act and SGX listing rules and Singapore Financial Crime Legislation, is a self-starter with the ability to work well under pressure and is strong in languages.
