Legal Advisor - Greece (Romanian Speaker)  
We are looking for a dynamic, career-oriented individual to join our Legal Department in Athens or Thessaloniki, for the position of Legal Advisor. Please note that excellent knowledge and use of the Romanian language is mandatory for this role.
Job description: 
Providing legal advice regarding mainly corporate, tax, employment & immigration matters, that concern the company internally or the company's clients. 
Independently drafting & reviewing legal documents (corporate documents, memos, agreements). 
Independently liaising with government authorities and clients for the tasks' completion. 
Independently handling real estate cases end to end (due diligence, contract review and preparation, handling of issues through the process). 
Monitoring the company's compliance and updating policies and procedures.
