Legacy Citrix Support Analyst

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly legacy Citrix Support Analyst.

Requirements:

1) Maintain on prem Citrix components (Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, license servers) during migration/retirement.

2) Monitor service availability and VDAs; respond to alerts and user incidents.

3) Apply patches/hotfixes; validate app launch and session stability post change.

4) Support migrations to modern platforms; plan decommission steps and dependencies.

5) Manage policies and profiles; document exceptions and standardize where possible.

6) Coordinate with NetScaler for gateway/VIP changes and TLS renewals.

7) Maintain inventories of farms, catalogs, apps, and connectors; keep CMDB updated.

8) Review capacity, load balancing, and power management settings; tune for efficiency.

9) Validate monitoring coverage and log forwarding to SIEM.

10) Maintain KBs for legacy quirks and troubleshooting sequences.
