Job Description

Wesbell is seeking a Leg Welder for our Milverton Ontario facility. This position is responsible for the fitting, fabrication, tacking, and welding of All-Weld tower section legs & splice pads. It requires the ability to position, fit, tack, & weld steel parts using jigs, welding torches, and hand tools. The person would be responsible to verify conformance of pieces to specifications using squares and/or tape measures, and deliver product in a safe, timely, and quality manner.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities Include
Maintain a clean & safe environment (Using the 5S Methodology can help with this).
Follow drawings, weld symbols, and specific layouts.
Square and level up leg Jig
Tack pads to Legs
Weld legs
Stack legs in an orderly fashion in the proper location
Organize & keep track of legs, pads, welding consumables, and other products needed for production. Note – Leg Grinding job is a fl...
